Shipping Rates and Fees for U.S. Residents

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $30 CAD applies to most orders shipped to the United States.

Free Shipping Offer: Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping to select U.S. regions.

Surcharges: Additional fees may apply for remote or non-standard locations, oversized or bulk items, or products requiring special handling. These surcharges are based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of the package. If applicable, a surcharge notice will be sent via email and text message, and we may follow up by phone. Customers may choose to accept the charges or cancel the order without penalty.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Recipient Responsibility: All U.S. customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the product or shipping cost and are determined by U.S. Customs or the carrier.

Tariffs & Economic Policies: Tariffs and trade measures are constantly evolving. QuadexpertOnline.com is not responsible for any additional fees or shipping delays due to changes in government policy or customs regulations.

Customs Delays: We are not liable for any delays related to customs inspections or border processing.

Shipping Rates and Fees for Canadian Residents

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping across Canada, excluding Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Prince Edward Island.

Surcharges: Orders shipping to the above regions, or those that include oversized or heavy items, may incur additional charges based on package weight, size, or special handling. These will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to shipping.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for every order.

If selected, it protects against damage caused by the courier during transit.

Important: Shipping insurance does not cover stolen packages.

If a claim is needed, an investigation will be opened with the courier, which may take up to 60 business days.

For lower-value items, we may assist with a quicker resolution. For high-ticket items, we may require the full courier investigation to be completed.

Couriers use GPS tracking to confirm delivery locations. If they confirm delivery to the correct address, QuadexpertOnline.com is not responsible for loss or theft.

If the courier confirms a delivery error, we will cover the loss through your selected insurance.
