General Return Guidelines
Returns are accepted under specific conditions outlined below. All returns must meet these requirements to be eligible for a refund.
Return Window: Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers processing, inspection, and re-shelving of products.
Item Condition: All returned items must be:
In brand new, unused condition
Complete with all original packaging, labels, manuals, tags, and accessories
Free of any signs of installation, wear, or use
Items returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstance:
Electrical components (e.g., CDI boxes, wiring harnesses, ECUs, lighting systems, etc.)
Custom or special-order items
Installed or modified parts
Gift cards, clearance, or discontinued items
Please confirm part numbers, compatibility, and details before placing your order.
Exceptions
In rare cases, certain exceptions may apply depending on the item or situation. If you believe your return may fall under an exception, please contact our customer service team prior to shipping anything back. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending anything back.
Contact Us via phone or email to request your Return Authorization Number.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (especially if the item was damaged or incorrect).
If approved, we will issue an RAN and provide detailed return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using your preferred shipping method. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Returns without a valid RAN will not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
A refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Please allow up to 7 business days after inspection for your refund to be processed.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
